I bought a Dell laptop here last year. Got great informed service at that time with no hard sell. They helped me find a good model that met my needs at an eminently reasonable price. A few weeks later I went in with a bunch of questions and they were very helpful. Recently I had an issue with it--took it in first thing in the morning and had it back an hour later at a reasonable cost. I recommend them most highly.

I did a renovation last year and my contractor recommended that I deal with Victoria Speciality Hardware. I had never done a renovation before and it was a bit overwhelming. The staff at Victoria Speciality were exceptionally helpful. They offered me many suggestions and made everything so simple and clear. They even gave me a deal on a kitchen faucet that was in stock. I was very pleased, it was a positive experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking to do any size of project. Good location, easy to park, friendly staff and the displays are nicely laid out.

I would like to express my gratitude for the high level of service my wife and I received last week at your Victoria location on Glanford Avenue. Our plumber, Jeff Black, put us in touch with Trish Vassiliadis. She took us through all the options for tubs, sinks, toilets, taps etc. for our new house. Trish was thorough and professional as well as friendly and positive. Sometimes choosing these sorts of things can be stressful for the home owner, but we left your store feeling well looked after and relaxed. The guys behind the counter were great as well.
