First of all, what is there not to love about these guys (and girls)! Besides consistently the best prices in town, they are a pleasure to deal with and have repeatedly gone over and above the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

Motion Industries

Very poor experience, dismal customer service. Avoid at all costs.
I really would rather give this company zero stars. Counter staff is lucky their head office doesn't realize how horrible they are.

(I'm an employee, so my opinion might be just a little biased.) WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE TO SHOP! THE SELECTION...THE PEOPLE...THE SERVICE... UNBELIEVABLE! IF THERE IS ONLY ONE STORE YOU SHOP AT THIS YEAR, THIS IS IT! OSCAR-WORTHY!

Fastenal Canada
8430 Fraser St, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5X 0A4, Canada
Really disappointed. Went in expecting something like BC Fasteners, they had little in the way of stock, were rather apathetic about helping me and out of the 6 different items I was searching for in 'professional' quantities, they had half of what I needed of ONE of them. I was ready to spend a few hundred dollars on fasteners and left basically empty handed.
They were also unable to tell me who else might have what I was seeking. The point of going to a wholesale supplier is to find staff that know their stock and their industry. That includes the competition.
