UPDATE: They got back to me and offered me a consultation with Dr. Taher on the date that I had originally requested. Their response is greatly appreciated and has changed my previous opinion of them! - I was really looking forward to booking a consultation for lip fillers with Lucere! I emailed to set up a consultation and they got back to me right away. They couldn’t get me into my preferred day and said they would speak with their nurse about her schedule to try and get me in. I then got an email that they booked me for a day I specifically said I was unavailable for. When I emailed back, they said they would speak with their nurse again and get back to me to determine what day would work for both of us. I still haven’t heard back from them; it’s been almost two weeks. Pretty disappointed with their customer service! They also seem fairly disorganized, which is a red flag for me when it comes to clinics who offer cosmetic treatments. Maybe it has just been extremely busy for them, but I’m still unimpressed.
