A few months ago my Mother in Law needed the services of Shepherd's Cove Hospice and our entire family was impressed with the care and service she and we received. If you find that one of your family members requires hospice services in the future this is the only place you should call.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Frank - not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is also incredibly generous with her time and responds to follow up questions within hours. She is up to date with the most recent research, interested, caring & non-judgemental. I travel a long distance to see her. The online booking system works really well and the office manager Maria is very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Fast and friendly service. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and is always ready to provide helpful advice. The online refills have been very convenient as my prescription is ready when I arrive! I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: They got back to me and offered me a consultation with Dr. Taher on the date that I had originally requested. Their response is greatly appreciated and has changed my previous opinion of them! - I was really looking forward to booking a consultation for lip fillers with Lucere! I emailed to set up a consultation and they got back to me right away. They couldn’t get me into my preferred day and said they would speak with their nurse about her schedule to try and get me in. I then got an email that they booked me for a day I specifically said I was unavailable for. When I emailed back, they said they would speak with their nurse again and get back to me to determine what day would work for both of us. I still haven’t heard back from them; it’s been almost two weeks. Pretty disappointed with their customer service! They also seem fairly disorganized, which is a red flag for me when it comes to clinics who offer cosmetic treatments. Maybe it has just been extremely busy for them, but I’m still unimpressed.

Just finished 10 physio sessions for a neck problem. Very friendly atmosphere and great people to work with. Special thanks to Patrick, Omar and Chou Chou. Highly recommend.

Dr Mandel is fantastic. Had my annual check up recently. Seeing better than 20/20 out of both eyes, 7 years after Lasik. Dr. Mandel and the entire staff are professional, friendly and caring. Definitely make an appointment. Your eyes will thank you!

Go to the eastern location. Its way quick and efficient. I do the vitamin shots they call super shots. They really help with my fat. I have dropped about 1 pound a week. Bit I am also very consistent on healthy eating and working out. I am currently at 19% body fat. Starting at around 25 that's great :) really recommend this place!

Dr. Pistone and his staff are the only professionals I respect and trust when it comes to hair replacement. I had the front of my scalp done in 2007 which turned out fantastic. I went back in 2017 to have the sides and crown of my head down and I totally expect the same results once the hair starts to grow back in. I am only 24 hours removed from my procedure yesterday and am in no pain at all. It is an amazing procedure with amazing results that I would highly recommend. - Brian

Incredibly positive experience from Dr Kraff and team! From the initial consultation to the follow-ups, everybody was incredibly helpful and informative. I love waking up with perfect vision now and the recovery time has been much quicker than expected.

I have been taking my dui therapy classes here. The staff here is amazing they work with your schedule as well as show you the compassion and help to succeed in furthering your recovery and life. Wouldn’t recommend any other treatment center.
