I am so impressed by the knowledge and customer service at Ice Level Sports. Steve and his team are extremely professional and so helpful. There is no problem too big or too small that they could not handle. They have been so helpful to our association and we can’t thank them enough. Not to mention BEST skate sharpener in town. Thanks Steve and to your team for everything you do.

Cashier very helpful. Place currently under some construction so a bit messy. This location is smaller compare with other flagship stores like dontown, Metrotown or even Richmond Center.

I’ve been in the store twice and was wanting buy new runners. I had to hunt for sales people... nobody approached me for half an hour. No chance to talk and ask questions about products. Nobody cures. Felt rushed. I will not visit this store again.

Staff were great. Came from Coquitlam for a Pro scooter. Didn't have the one my son wanted so we got a deal on an even better one. So happy we bought roller blades too!!

Offers a great family experience, with many great memories made here. Hollyburn is a perfect place for kids and teens, offering an assortment of things to do including: bouncy castles, pool inflatable, movie nights, child care, a youth spot, variety of fitness classes, sports and a fine arts centre offering private lessons. Stunning view, conveniently overlooking Vancouver with delicious brunch and dinner. Member services staff are an absolute delight to talk with and very knowledgable about the daily activities being offered. Beautiful facility!

review date: september 10, 2017 i'm from ontario and was doing research for the bauer 2017 flex warm-up pants. i would like to share my CTS shopping experience. back in august 2017, the only outfits that were coming up on google search for what i wanted were us-based sites. while i was prepared to buy from the states, if i can get a reasonable price and the item i want from canada, i will keep my dollars here. as a customer, it pays to shop around to get what you want at a fair price. to CTS' credit, (cts price match guarantee) they were willing go that extra mile, price matching on a competitor and special/back ordering specific colours i was looking for that weren't originally available. throughout all communications, justin taylor was very professional and caring, as if it was his own personal order, doing whatever it took to provide answers, and satisfaction. information updates were quick and timely. i ended up being able to get what i wanted at an even better price than the california website, factoring in extra duty fees and exchange difference. i just got my gear today, and the pants overall were worth the time and effort to purchase. (there were back-ordered items that had to be brought in from bauer to CTS b4 shipping) CTS, esp. justin, your customer service is greatly appreciated because here in ontario there is a lot of room for improvement with many of the retailers, to be polite. that being said, the next time you are in the market for hockey-related gear, give CTS a chance to earn your business. and if you don't see something on their website, inquire with CTS because they just might be able to get whatever it is for you.

great for field hockey, the ground is special, squishy almost, fantastic for high impact sports where falls are imminent, but when it gets wet its wet for a while unless its super sunny and hot, fun field hockey games to watch from time to time as well, very cleanly kept

If you need field hockey gear you must go to the field hockey shack. The selection is great and the staff are outstanding. They will take the time to ensure you have the proper gear for your size and there's no UPSELLING. Prices are reasonable and they also have sales.
