Home Appliance and Service

I have called on Cooper for two urgent water issues in my house. The technicians who responded were very polite, professional, and experienced. They presented me with service options and associated costs. From this information I was able to make the best choice for my home. The technicians were able to complete the work required efficiently and quickly. They attended to my needs, and additional questions throughout their visits. The office personnel took care of all follow up work on my behalf. When the work was completed, the technicians left the areas they were in picked up and cleaner than they found it. I could not be more satisfied with Cooper. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Incredible experience! Antonio Barone is the man to see. Knowledgeable, patient, seeks to understand his clients' needs and makes solid recommendations based on that criteria. Service doesn't end after the sale either. Antonio was prompt in answering (or getting answers to) my questions before delivery and helped me source dishwasher salt (of all things!) without complaint. I recommend completely!

We had our vents cleaned. The guys (Steele and Brock) arrived promptly. They worked hard while they were there. They paid attention to detail and were very thorough, making sure they got all of the vents. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished. They were very pleasant and personable. Overall, we were very pleased with their work and the results.

Wortman was excellent and we felt we were in good hands right from the beginning. The installers were tidy, very respectful of the house, they worked well together and answered any questions that came up. It's great to have a crew as pleasant as this group was. I know without a doubt we would recommend Wortman's, both for the ease of dealing with the company itself and in the strengths of the people they employ. We really appreciate how smoothly this process went and would love for you to pass on our appreciation to the team and the owner of the company.

The J. Lohr Cabernet Sav is always on point. I'm not good with terminology that explains the fruit or finish, but overall one of the best wines for the price. Always a pleasure to open and enjoy!
