Home Builder

Andy & his team are extremely talented and produce nothing less than a high quality build.

Great local company to deal with!

Kelbrook is a top home builder in the Okanagan. Their work in among the best and have been Tommie award winners the past couple years. The best part of Grant and co. are amazingly friendly people!

Quality combined with design ascetics in beautiful Wilden. You couldn’t ask for better scenario !

Urban staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Danielle created a beautiful design for our home reno, complete with renderings down to the smallest details. With the markets, quotes changed quickly which was frustrating. Urban was transparent about the costs. Also found some of the trades unreliable, would say they would show but last minute changes that would affect the schedule. Urban worked hard to make up any lost time by said trades. I would highly recommend Urban for a home build or reno!!

Building great homes in Wilden and all over for that matter for quit some time now ! Beautiful concept homes with nice detail and ascetics.

This company did our basement rebuild after we had flooding and sewage back up this past spring. The work was done fast and efficiently and they were very friendly and accommodating! We were impressed! We are so happy with our new basement! The drywalling, painting, flooring, new bathroom etc. was excellent quality! Everything looks great! We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The team associated with GNB was very safe, professional and extremely efficient.
