Best service and the quality of homes speaks for itself

Great

We have had our Peter Donovan built house for 5 years now. When we first moved in there were promises on top of promises that things would be fixed as they happened, such as nail pops, crown molding settling, etc... We have never heard a word from Peter Donovan regarding these issues even when we called. Phone calls were never returned. At 3 years our shingles all blew off requiring a new roof paid for by insurance with a $1000 deductible paid by me. I spoke to Peter about this on a Tuesday, the day it happened, and he said let me check into this and I will call you on Friday. Well, that was 2 years ago and I still haven't heard from him. When the new roof was put on, the roofers said that the shingles were installed incorrectly... We are now suffering from water entering our house because of the horrible winter that we have had. It is of course entering through the roof. There are icicles hanging through our soffit over the front deck. I showed him this when it also happened 3 years ago and he said "Oh, it is fine". Really???? My situation is not an isolated one. If you were to talk to my neighbours who have the exact same house built by this company you will hear the same story. Many calls and no responses whatsoever. And they have had many problems also. I don't recommend this company. I would not build a house with them again if I could roll back time.
