Beware had build new house and since day they finished been steady repairs. Wish I had bought used because of erco. Decided to tile my kitchen to find out they never insulated any of my Windows been here for years wonder why home aways so cold having to have heater on bust. Between not insulated correctly, leaking roof since day 1 and my flooring all cut to short so that I've had to steady be fixing as floor board slip out from under me. Buyer beware of this contractor they do horrible work and don't stand by it. I tried getting to fix issue when was under 1 year warranty but they come in pretend to fix but never do(flooring/leaks). All issue that they said they fix I still have. When i can afford to get out of this home I will and will never go into erco home again.

Not a very accommodating company. I was asked to provide a plan, which I did. This was their response: " this is not something that we will be able to consider building for you. It would take too long and too many of our resources would need to be dedicated to your project.". I guess they should be more up-front when asking for plans and clear on their limited abilities. Does not seem like they are very professional.

K&P Contracting were a fantastic choice for our new home construction. They are professional, knowledgable, and have a great team of workers who exceeded our "dream home" expectations! During the building process, K&P were able to design our space to all of our requests. We even got to check in on the progress of the build whenever we wanted to. We highly recommend K&P Contracting for anyone's new home construction!!!

Went here for an open house! Was appalled at the prices they are selling the houses for with such tiny bedrooms and terrible layouts and unfinished basements! Very disappointed!

Eh, I would like to see them use better contractors. Their HVAC guys (Regional Services Inc) sucked. First they had to move my outdoor unit back onto my side of the property line which caused a leak. Several of their techs came to refill the unit multiple times and stated that there is a leak. The manager or owner or whoever he is (mike) just wanted to keep giving me the run around. Now I have to pay someone to do the job correctly... As much time as they spent here at my home they could have just made the one trip, fixed it properly and been done.

Terrible!!! One year warranty 🤣 worthless!!! Countless emails,phone calls wouldn’t complete repairs. Builder doesn’t stand by his word. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use C & C Builders 😡
