Good Garages, Good People, Good Fun

Great customer service.

Extremely disappointed in the after sale service we’ve received from Dow and Duggan. Critical deadlines for issues such as delivery of the log home package and construction start date were missed with little communication. The calculation of materials such as pine siding were done incorrectly, further delaying the project. The metal roof was improperly installed resulting in leakage. Multiple hidden costs such as the stairs and trim. Once the stairs were purchased separately from Dow and Duggan, they were installed incorrectly by their team and needed to be removed and discarded. I would strongly advised anyone who considers purchasing a log home package with Dow and Duggan to consider shopping elsewhere. The combination of their lack of integrity in business dealings and poor craftsmanship has caused a lot of additional expense and stress.
