Amazing location - construction site is looking great

Bought my home from them, when we bought it the land across the road was zoned for a school and a park. I specifically asked them if there would ever be houses on that land. I was told no they will turn it into a park. 1 year ago CASSAVIA got the zoning changed to build homes on it... Not just homes though, they are building townhouses! So glad you got the sale Stu! Disgusted about this and that they would lie just to get a sale.

My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. Amazing work.

Professional and courteous staff. Quality is very good.

Issac and his team were amazing. They took care of everything from designing, budgeting, getting all the permits, to construction and managing all the trades. Our house transformed from a 50s bungalow to a modern 2-story (our dream home). The project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. If I ever move and need to build a new house from scratch or need another major renovation, I wouldn’t waste my time looking anywhere else.

Great builder!

After having spoken with friends and acquaintances who built homes with other builders, I was expecting the process of having my own home built to not be without its share of stress, headaches and unexpected costs. However, after the yearlong undertaking I am thrilled to have only great things to say about Hawksview Homes. The entire process, from purchase to possession and everything in between, was an absolute pleasure and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. Tanya, Tiffany, and the entire team at the design centre made the process of picking materials and finishes from the seemingly endless options a breeze. After establishing my personal preferences and vision, they helped guide me to accentuate them and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was also personally involved during the construction of my home and found the site supers, Joe & Kyle, were true professionals both with an eye for detail and a pleasure to work with. I have already happily recommended Hawksview Homes to friends and family.
