I truly do like my NuVista home, the service I received was great, but once my one year warrantee was up that great customer service and the desire to please their customer was gone, I mean they want nothing more to do with you. There was a issue with the grading, so when it came time that our back alley was paved, the other home builders stepped up and fixed the garage aprons that were affected, all of them did except for NuVista, how disappointing mainly because I raved about this company and how well they took care of their clients. But they showed me how wrong I was, they are only there till the paperwork is done, then they no longer care about impressing you.

I loved it!! I could feel the heart and soul poured into every detail. Spacious, great lighting, great quality of materials! The architecture feels unique, especially on the inside! I find that Canadian houses tend to copy a very basic pattern.. but this one feels modern. The only reason for falling short of 5 stars is my personal attachment to European design..

Our family built a custom home with Kingsmith and we were blown away by the level of professionalism, and attention to detail the team provided throughout the process. We were super impressed with how engaged they kept us during construction and genuine care they showed towards helping us achieve the look we wanted and remain on budget. In the end our home was completed on time, on budget and with quality workmanship. I will definitely recommend Kingsmith to others for new builds or for renovation projects/ basement development in the future!
