our experience of purchasing with adera has been worst. quality of the workmanship is brutal. 1 year into the new building, whole floor leaked because worker didnt staple the flooring in properly. 2.5 years now, unit is still registered under adera on ppty tax department. We never receive any our tax slips. Tried to contact adera to amend the change, never got reply. Will not be buying from adera ever again.

We commissioned Aria to build our new family home in the summer of 2016. My wife and I throughout the planning and building process always felt totally "in the loop". Project Manager Kev was able to provide insight during all stages of the build, from zoning up to finishing materials. There is something very fulfilling with a custom home, every detail is tailored to our family and it's needs.
