Home Builder

Great experience. Michelle was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The sales centre is set up well with everything you need and they have a good selection of showhomes.

I truly do like my NuVista home, the service I received was great, but once my one year warrantee was up that great customer service and the desire to please their customer was gone, I mean they want nothing more to do with you. There was a issue with the grading, so when it came time that our back alley was paved, the other home builders stepped up and fixed the garage aprons that were affected, all of them did except for NuVista, how disappointing mainly because I raved about this company and how well they took care of their clients. But they showed me how wrong I was, they are only there till the paperwork is done, then they no longer care about impressing you.

They went broke and probably won't be finishing the houses they already sold. There is a lean on my in-laws house because they failed to pay contractors. The only thing the contractors can do is harass an old lady to pay. It's ridiculous and criminal. Also all the finisher work was done quick and sloppy like they knew what was coming but kept it a secret to scam a little more money.
