Home Builder

We purchased a new home from Niraj early 2017. Niraj takes pride in his work, doesn't cut corners and builds an amazing high quality home. After sale service was excellent, every question we had about the home and support needed Niraj was there. He helped us with further home improvements and went over and above when we needed his "hands on" help. Niraj has a high level of integrity and we would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others.

Extremely happy with 2 purchases from OGGI Homes. I have bought one for investment purpose one for my own residential purpose. Both turned out really great and I truly thank oggi homes and palazzo development for awesome houses that they have built for us.

Overpriced and didn't care about my project. Came up with a flawed plan without visiting the site. Although, they have done some nice work.

Encore is a great company to work for. We have been pouring concrete foundations for 15 years for Encore. Awesome people to work with.

Best yet. Have gone through many renovations. This was worry free. Owners of the company completely engaged throughout the process. Excellent design capabilities and decorating skills. Their subcontractors were well established, top quality and wanted to work for Ashton. Would absolutely recommend for large new builds or any renovation.
