Kind service, and good repairs done here.

If there was zero stars I would absolutely give that. I wish that my parents home was built by anyone other than Frank DeSutter. The three little pigs sure as hell would have done a better job than he did. My parents house was built by him, is only 20 years old and has countless problems already. The house is absolute garbage. Just like its builder.

Note: Always have a copy of what you sign because they don't resubmit what you sign the second time! Brick colour #6 first option and decided to go with a red for a cost of $450 (in time frame) The form wasn't submitted and was questioned for their mistake. Obvious I don't have the paper because it's suppose to be submitted to your head office. Multiple properties bought at sunningdale greens. Terrible sales rep(s), should really reconsider hiring some "professionals" -Impatient -Unhelpful -Horrible attitude -Never pick up or return calls/text -Emails never return until you email them multiple times By the way. Check your brochures & pricelist because they can't give you proper answers and they do mislead you to any upgrades! And don't bother contacting head office because you will receive a outrageous response! Zero star if possible not a single rep was helpful Rep names.
