Not too impressed due to the lack of communication of certain members of their team but I can highly recommend Brendan as an account manager. He's extremely fast and helpful. He goes well beyond what is expected and helped me when I needed him the most. A+++ and I give him 10 stars. Ask for him if you decide to go with HUB.
I cannot vouch for other account managers as after several emails and calls, no one got back to me for my renewal and quotes I requested, and for that I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Regardless of how busy you are, you should always acknowledge the request or call back advising you will work on the request, not leaving your clients hanging. I took my business elsewhere. Had Brendan continued to be my account manager, I would have likely stayed. Please choose wisely before you go with HUB.

Excellent service . I moved from the Niagara region to Mississauga and my prior insurance company quoted me an absurd ammout. $600 more than my normal monthly premium.
I met with"both" Megans , they were very detailed and professional and the best part was that my premium was less than what I was paying included was my renters insurance.
