We went to several tile shops in the area and did not find them very helpful. Concept II met our needs. Deb listened to our ideas and stayed within our budget when making suggestions in helping us select backsplash tile for our kitchen. She helped pick out samples that matched our granite. She was patient allowing us to bring home samples. We went with a gray subway tile with crackle. It looks awesome! We highly recommend checking out Concept II.
