We used Edge Landscape in Cambridge last spring to replace our driveway with concrete. At the time, the job seemed to be done well and we were happy. About 6 months after, we noticed a lot of pitting in the concrete and pieces of concrete flaking off all over the driveway. This continued to get worse. I contacted the owner to explain what was going on, he agreed that this was not right and should not be happening. Since then, I was faced with all kinds of excuses, pushing me off every time I follow up saying that the concrete company isn’t getting back to him, that he doesn’t know what to do, etc. This went on for months with no solution when I kept explaining that this was a quality issue and I just wanted him to come and fix it for us. Since then, he stopped taking my calls altogether and basically has wiped his hands clean of this mistake. I’m very disappointed, we paid a lot of $$ for a quality driveway and were left with a driveway that looks like someone took a hammer to it.
