I had Wes as my lawyer in 2012 and in 2011/ 2012 . He got my son home for me . The only thing is I wish I would have had him years before cause the other Lawyer Ihad threw me under the bus . Wes is straight forward won't tolerate being lied to but he is by far one of the " BEST " Lawyers in Wellinton County even Ontario . He likes latte's so alway bring him one when you go to see him . Not impressed with the level of service,by Lynn. It was a straight forward separation contract of a short common - law relationship and child custody contract. All her work was done for her,as my ex and I did all the access/custody/costs agreements between us. I wasn’t informed of my rights to tax benefits; given awful advice regarding beneficiary to my life insurance and I quote “oh well just get another insurance policy”?!!!! Lesson learned to responsible people deciding to complete a separation and child custody contract........inform yourself! And if you haven’t received your final draft,you shouldn’t be required to remind your lawyer your name, only to find that your contract was forgotten to be mailed out.
