Poor customer service and communication skills. They do not respond back to emails or calls asking for details or specifics after you have agreed to their terms and made a payment. No interest or ability to really "fight" a ticket, instead they simply plea guilty and accept the first deal that is offered by the court or JOP. Basically they show up on your behalf and plead guilty to hopefully reduce the charges which you can very well do yourself if you have the time to show up to court. They failed to provide me with my disclosure although they were supposed to attain it and send me a copy or even call me back after I contacted multiple times. If you are looking for real ticket defense, look somewhere else.

These people do not listen to their clients at all! I have contacted their office for over 3 months with no response back. I could not even get an appointment scheduled after requesting one every week for the past three months even though she was already retained by myself. Sheri actually miss represented me before she was even retained by changing my court hearing 2 days prior to the date and then when I voiced my concerns with changing the court date to 6 months later her firm and herself said that it was too bad as it was already done. I would not recommend anyone use her services at all. You would be better represented doing it yourself even if you have no experience. DO NO USE !!!
