Dale's long term service dealing with injured people and transacting with insurance companies has put him in the category of the best experienced lawyers in our society . After my car accident l suffered quite a bit including financial setbacks . I couldn't do my physical challenging jobs , and that meant bills pilling up on my bed side table. Then Dale got me a good settlement which paid all my bills , plus compensation for my prior injuries. I will , when given a chance , recommend Dale to my family and relatives including my friends . Be aware of them.......they lied to me. 2 months and I haven't heard back from them. They don't return phone calls, don't reply to emails. Finally I got a call from the lawyer's assistant admitting his boss's fault and saying he is sorry and what the lawyer did was unethical and unprofessional and they wanted me to pick up the file because the lawyer is busy with more important money making cases for him. 2 months and the lawyer didn't have the decency to call himself and then for me to find out he's extremely busy with his music band on social media yet doesn't have a minute to call his client. If you want to get scamed, then go ahead and hire these people. ...
