Total professional and thorough career

Not having much knowledge in law I tried to find some help with this company as I had previously used them to buy my home and had an ok experience. I called to have some legal paperwork drawn up and asked how much all of it would cost me. They sent me an email saying it would be 250$ and so I went with them as they were close to home and this was a time sensitive matter, as I mentioned this to them several times. When came the time to almost finalize everything it cost me over 1,000$ ! Never had they explained all the extra fees and needing the paperwork hastily I paid and was told that I would get a call as soon as everything was ready to go so I could come pick it up. They never gave me a call, I had to call them, leave a voicemail, saying I was still waiting on this paperwork to finalize other plans in my life, only to learn upon their callback that they had been sitting on my paperwork and it was on their To-do list. I was then told it got shipped and so now i'm stuck waiting for the paperwork in the mail while I could have simply taken a 10min detour from work days ago and had it in my hands. With the amount of money I paid for my service I would have hoped for alot more. I will not be using these lawyers again, and recommend that anyone using them and is actually concerned about how much they are paying ask them to be very clear about the fees. I was left feeling like an idiot, as if I should have known or expected to pay that much. And maybe so, maybe I should have done more research, but I figured a lawyer would be more then qualified to give me answers. I was very disappointed and hope no one has to go through this.

Murray drafted my separation agreement. He was extremely patient with me when I had many questions regarding potential risks I was facing. He stayed focussed on getting the best results for me and I never felt like he was trying to get me to spend more money than necessary. Karen, Murray's assistant, is extremely knowledgable and helpful. On many occasions, she made me feel better when I had concerns regarding the agreement and took the time to explain countless items I was uncertain about. I can't be more thankful she works with Murray and the two of them make an extremely effective team. I would recommend both Murray and Karen to anyone who needs legal assistance. They are great!!!
