8 years ago Richard helped me out of an impossible situation where I was falsely arrested by a corrupt investigating officer twice and harassed for months in my home by the police. The same rookie officer (a.k.a. super trooper) beat up a young lady at a drinking driving counter attack and plead guilty to assault but was still allowed to be on active duty during his 9 months of probation. This constable appeared mentally unstable and the detachment stood behind him 100% - I was in fear for my own personal safety and a criminal record would kill my livelihood. Richard protected my safety during 18 months waiting for trail by communicating directly with the police and all charges were eventually dropped prior to trail. Richard's pricing was fair and he exceeded my expectations - If I went with a cheaper or less experienced lawyer on the web - I guarantee the outcome would've been much different in my case because the entire police detachment was against me. The rookie was transferred to northern BC and I still peacefully live in my home today without being harassed as it should be thanks to Richard. You will not find a better criminal lawyer in the all of BC.

A disgusting excuse of a business Jason Hughes is a licenced criminal if you ask me. He was representing his client in an embarrassing fashion. We agreed to a settlement and that number magically grew by 1500$ when called out on these fictitious numbers that had no tax being charged or anything they magically disappeared.... felt a lot like a shakedown/double dipping on there part. The law firm itself is very disorganized called numerous times trying to line up payment for their client and they kept calling me by their clients name and would tell me someone would get back to me and never did over and over. Overall I would label them as licenced criminals hiding behind suits and titles. Take your business to a place with proper business practices!

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is full of lawyers that are on the verge of loosing their law licence. The lawyer I was going to use has 3 misconducts on her record!!! That's bad!!!
