totally different attitude first time met him, James Fraser, for legal advice to write a will, he looks nice, friendly, talkative and let me feel it's the right lawyer I am looking for. second time met him, which is today, to pay him, Oh My Goodness, after they got the payment which is in cash, and I was asking some clarification on the receipt, he jumped out and talked like a crazy people, no more decent, very very bad and aggressive attitude and wording. I do not want any trouble with a lawyer, so I left. think one more second before use the services. Not only the charge is expensive, the attitude is not stable and sometimes unacceptable.

Had been referred to Spagnuolo from mortgage broker for them to handle the sale of current home and purchase of new home. Honestly had very bad experience; first, they would not provide complete details of their rates/fees (not other party's fees, just talking about Spag fees to client)...we chased them on this for some time and consistently they quoted one or the other fee but never the total of their fees and always, right till the end, they omitted important fees which could have been provided from the start. Secondly, the first and only meeting did not include the person actually handling our file. Basically a clerk works the file and has all first-hand knowledge, but you meet with a lawyer who clearly has no no time, interest, or knowledge aside from the papers in front of them (clearly he hadn't even looked before the meeting), nor any inclination to address any client concerns. There were several errors on our file, incorrect information flowing to / from bank, etc. Wasted lots or time and created lots of risk, concern on our part...the lawyer simply couldn't be bothered and most often put the blame back on us/client, even after it was 100% confirmed their error, got no apology, nor reply to emails. In the end I would strongly recommend using a notary or at least a different lawyer; and meet them in advance to get all costs quoted before agreeing to proceed.

Bruce and Michelle worked really hard on my granddaughter’s case. They were prepared and fought very hard in court. I recommend them for any personal injury claim.

The Best lawyers in all BC. Hard workers, they really, really know what they are doing, their level of expertise is just measurable with their own work, ...when you find this kind of lawyer that are less talking more doing and results. God Bless them!.

Hi; I live in Mosquito Creek co-op on 21-1745 Fell Avenue North Vancouver BC and I have a problem. We co-op members finished paying our mortgage on August 1, 2021, but our Board of Directors refused to lower down our Housing Charges by 35% and continue to this day collecting mortgage from us members despite strong opposition, $411-/month-. This is our / members’ money and decision to make not the Board of Directors' money or decision to make!! January 1, 2023 total: $7,398-/unit – we have 67 units – Grand total: $495,667-. This is NOT RIGHT! Can You help me? I do not want to pay the mortgage which I no longer have and I just want my mortgage money back.
