Ive had 2 occasions over 15 years that I was in need of asking a lawyer some legal questions. On the 2 occasions 15 years apart, the same thing happened. Wayne spent about an hour or more listening to my issue and offering well considered and invaluable advice and information.
Not to suggest that this happens all the time but when I went to pay both times he said to not worry about it.
