Not only did they have terrible communication with me and they bailed on two appointments with me, one of which they canceled an hour before we were supposed to meet, the information they submitted to ICBC was incorrect and the entire document was RIDDLED with spelling and grammar mistakes. Additionally, in the documents they spelled my name wrong multiple times, multiple ways. You cannot get less professional than that no matter how hard you try.
