My husband and I made the mistake of using Catherine unfortunately. $15,000 later, we received little to no counsel and did the negotiating for ourselves. Catherine did everything in her power to drag any process out, and made it extremely difficult to get any legal direction. We were forwarded emails and charged $165 each time Catherine's team hit "forward". Catherine forgot my husband's name on several occasions, and used our time (for which we had to pay $600/hr for) to update herself on the case by reviewing the files. Absolutely terrible customer service and a total lack of regard for our interests.

After several poor experiences trying to find truly reputable legal representation, I was thrilled to find Darryl Willer. He's direct and to the point. Unfortunately, I attempted to use Curtis on a very straightforward real estate transaction. When the builder sent time sensitive material to Curtis, he failed to let me know he had received such time sensitive information. The result cost me over $2000, and Curtis was not willing to correct the situation that was completely his fault. On top of that, he was an incredibly rude and defensive when I approached him about it. Victim blaming 101. Naturally, after this happened (part-way through the deal) I ended my business with Curtis and used another lawyer that I was very happy with, and have since stuck with. Curtis is completely incompetent, but will blame you when something goes wrong.

I practice collaborative family law, and over the years, I have consulted with Brian regarding customer service and firm management. Brian and his team are well respected for both. They are dedicated to delivering cost-efficient customer service with utmost professionalism and integrity.

This lawyer was vulgar and insulting, and failed me on my land purchase before and after the sale. His mind is not focused on details.Would not recommend.
