I needed some legal advice and was not sure where to turn. Dale was very professional, handled my case with discretion and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone :)

My Common Law and I obtained services through Legal Aid and for almost 9 months, nothing positive happened for our legal problems. Bail Hearings were improperly booked as Detention Review Hearings (immigration issue, my CIL is first nation). Paperwork was never submitted to the judge ie. support letters, job confirmation letters, medical letters. I had to make sure we had everything prepared including addressing the judge because the lawyer was not bringing up the proper points and information. Speaking with the lawyer one on one was a fiasco, never being able to get a word in edgewise, and never listening to anything we had to say. We never received disclosure, nor in the 9 months was a plea given. I am happy they quit, just angry at the lack of professionalism and tact they use and the waste of 9 months trusting and believing in their ability to defend my CIL to the best of their ability. Our lives were in their hands, and they treated us really ugly and in all honesty like we didnt matter, perhaps its because we were legal aid and they arent paid well. Bad experience overall.

I would not recommend this lawyer or arbitrator for anything. He charges so much money and doesn’t even get the facts straight. DON’T waste your money. Get someone who is fair and will actually see through a totally dishonest ex who Lonny continually gives “credit” to even though he’s a liar and manipulator who wants to force me to keep spending money I don’t have.
