Brad is a dedicated and caring Home Hardware Service person. I was travelling through by Holland from Vancouver, British Columbia after visiting relatives in the area. I needed gas desperately and went to Home Hardware to find out where I could purchase some. He explained in great detail with a carefully drawn out map how I could get gas from an unmanned gas outlet in the area. Finally, seeing how complicated it was, he just jumped into my car and took me there, helped me with the rather circuitous card insertion and I drove him back to Home Hardware. I can't believe the friendliness and helpfulness of this person who certainly didn't have to go the extra mile! Thanks Brad! Manitoba has friendly people!

Thxs for such a great product, will be back.

Friendly staff

It was a fine visit, but they didn't have a toilet tank lid, which seems like a relatively common item to need.

I have ordered quite a number of things at urban barn since I was moving into a new place. The staff at the kenaston AND regent location have just been fantastic. They both went above and beyond to help me get the right furniture ordered and even though I needed to make adjustments to my furniture orders they figured everything out for me and got me the best deal possible. excellent customer service and gorgeous furniture

Looking for a part for a dryer that had been discontinued, Dino found one that would work with a minor adjustment. Returns calls and easy to deal with.

Great merch, but pricy.

Gorgeous showroom and friendly staff

What an absolutely horrible experience. Staff is not helpful, return policy is ridiculous...how do u not communicate to your customers that if you purchase a 2 or 5k light fixture and you change your mind that is not allowed....sorry u get an in store credit only...absolutely shameful customer service.

The staff were very helpful & patient.

I purchased a lot of furniture from Design mb and most of it came with issues and needed to be sent back or repaired. The products are prices high but lots of defects which should be checked before delivery .The delivery personnel are very unprofessional looking .The salesmen sell you the items and once there is a issue they don’t deal with it .Im very disappointed in the whole experience. It has been a nightmare .I will never shop there again .

Great place to buy blinds. The sales person was very helpful and professional.
