Wait for the bankruptcy sale to buy anything... They had fell behind in payments to their shipping company circa $700k and are now going bust. Refer to MNP Debt's website for details or simply type in 'Wicker Emporium Bankrupt' into Google and follow the trail.... It took us 26 weeks to get a chair from them - not even the right product, but wont give us our money back. Only buy if its actually in the shop! This location is likely going to close very soon, along with 5 other places... so hold out for the closing down sale! IF you work here, you are very likely going to get the sack, so may as well start looking for a new job... Shame, as they had potential.

my fiancé and I went in yesterday to buy new lamps for our living room (looking for 2). we were never greeted by anyone, yet 2 sales people walked right by us. we were there for about 15-20 minutes looking on our own but no one ever offered to help us. was a very disappointing experience

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they do not have what you need, they can almost always have it in a day or two. Have helped us out on quite a few projects, and have been very flexible and reasonable. All around great company.

closing hour states 6pm but when you get there at 5:45, all lights are closed and no more employee cars parked..what kind of business is that??

Great service as well as pricing. We were looking for techno block pavers. Got three quotes two from Companies out in ottawa as we taught that Rona being in Rockland would be more expensive. We were pleasantly surprised. They even matched the pricing from one of the Ottawa quote. The service is Excellent. (Julius Pollack) was friendly, professional helpful in answering all my questions and patient as I went to see him three time. Customer service is exceptional. Very impressed. A few months ago we also were having issues with our BBQ we purchase a hose think it could be that. One of the employee told us a trick to try first and we ended up not needing he hose. Customer service over both in store and in the yard has always been quick friendly and professional. Thank you and keep up the great service and pricing.
