After installation of my lighting fixtures the electricians did not leave the manuals or tools required for bulb replacement or maintenance. The store where I bought all my fixtures were not able to help. However, the owner of Creation Nova went out of his way to rectify my problem despite not normally dealing directly with customers. They truely back their products and care about the satisfaction of their clients at all levels.

Très bon service

I was very disappointed at first. I called and left the message in order to have further discussion on my project. The owner called me back and said he could not even give me any idea (even on the phone) in the next 3 weeks because he is very busy. I was surprised and felt pissed off. Should the business have another consultant or anyone who is just responsible for taking care of customers or arranging with projects of customers on phone first before the conduct of the work? I have called several companies and this is the only one ever I received a strange way to serve customers. I can understand the busy season but I cannot understand why you called me while you knew you could not provide anything to me. Anyway, they called me back again since I wrote the bad feedback. Once again, I have not experienced your electricity service yet, so I have no comment on that. But for the customer service, I highly recommend you should have better administrator to take care of all potential customers.

I ordered some lighting for my home and it’s spectacular! The hardware is sturdy feeling and beautiful looking. The glass is beautiful. My electrician was so impressed with the quality.

Probablement le meilleur détaillant de luminaires à Montréal, sinon un des top 3. Ils n'essaient pas de vous vendre de la cochonnerie importée d'Asie avec des super marges de profit juste pour se débarrasser de vous afin de passer au prochain client (c'est ce qui se passe dans beaucoup d'autres commerces de cette catégorie). Ils ont de superbes exclusivités à prix somme toute raisonnable. Ps. Le personnel et le directeur/gérant sont top niveau.

Purchased a quantity of sunbeam LED lightbulbs from Costco that were supposed to last 22.8 years. This product is managed by Elite Group Inc. according to Sunbeam. Several light bulbs developed issues within 3 months and currently a total of 9 light bulbs have become defective. Placed a warranty claim and submitted my receipts to Sunbeam in mid December. It has now been 98 days and I still have not received a refund and was advised that it could take until the end of March to receive it. Spoke to the supervisor who was less than helpful and not enthused about making a change to length in time it takes to receive a warranty claim. Will not be buying Sunbeam or Elite Group Inc. products ever again.
