Worst company to deal with. This company will do anything to get your business and once they get it and a deposit check, they forget about you. We have a project with approx. $60,000.00 in light fixtures and they are very late. Original expected date beginning to mid October , now it's the end of November. Our opening date was mid-November. When we call to speak with the President of the company, the receptionist answering the phone demands that we speak in French and then hangs up on us. This has happened three times. Not only would I not use them again, I'm getting ready to file a claim in court.

Beau magasin. Il était temps de voir une pareille grande surface en région. Cependant, service très lent et inexpérimenté. Une seule caisse ouverte à la fermeture du magasin alors qu'on voit des employés qui semblent ne rien faire... c'est gênant. Plutôt déçu de ma première visite considérant la réputation de la marque Rona.

Gaetan est l'expert qui a réponse à toute les question. il connaît très bien la rénovation.

magasinait chez rona campagna Rouyn noranda pour remplacer tous mes électroménager, poêle, frigo, micro onde, lave vaisselle, j'ai appelé 2 fois au électroménager pour une soumission 2 fois tombé sur le répondeur, n'ont jamais rappelé. j'ai tout acheté chez meubles branchaud ou j'ai eu un très bon service et un bon prix, jamais plus rona campagna, service est nulle.

On retrouve les produits dans toutes bonnes quincailleries. L'établissement n'est pas ouvert au public.

Merci à Sarah qui aujourd’hui a fait des recherches pour nous trouver les 3 chaises manquantes. Malheureusement lors de l’assemblage la qualité n’était pas au rendez-vous. Re-merci encore à Sarah qui a fait en sorte que le remboursement se fasse aujourd’hui même.
