WOW!!! Describes my experience. Details: I bought an older toolbox at a public auction to mount on a utility trailer. The box has 2 locking mechanisms, but did not come with the keys. I called the nearby hardware store and asked if they made keys. They didn't provide this service, but they do make duplicates, if you have a key. It's getting close to 5:00 p.m., and I'm calculating that I'm going to have to locate a full service locksmith in Caldwell or Nampa, (the next closest service area), so I go to the internet and Google Search, "locksmiths near me", so I can get it done today. (If you're still following this, and have located this business listing, I'm about to provide you the, "reason for my WOW rating.) To my surprise, Treasure Valley Lockmasters, LLC, is listed, is located in Marsing, ID., AND is open until 6:00 p.m.! I called and spoke with the locksmith, Derek. He asked a couple of questions about what I needed, application, manufacturer, and lock mechanism identifying markings, etc.. Derek has a very well stocked, inventory mobile unit, is conscientious, professional, is located in an area where his services are sparse to non-existent, AND is available after 5:00 p.m.!!!! Oh yeah, if you need 2 keys for that lock, the 2nd. key is complimentary!!! WOW!!!!! Thank you Derek!!!! CALL THIS BUSINESS, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID! Spread the word, and leave a review. Local businesses, like this Lockmaster, and others in our rural communities, need and deserve our support.

I locked my keys in my car. I need to have someone come and unlock the door. David answered the phone when I called Scott's Lock & Key. I began asking questions about the service I needed. He was short with his answers to my questions. Then our conversation was finished he hung up. His customer service was poor, which lead me to call another company. This other company had great customer service;, which most appreciate when spending hard earned money. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment with the company that had great customer service. It was worth paying more, for friendly service.

Whent in to get my tool box keyed they were awesome! Super nice and friendly super helpful. Very glad I went there!

Key broke so i had to find a key fast only place that had the key i needed i will go back next time

I was skeptical at first to see how well this would copy the keys and at first glance they didnt seem exactly the same as the original key, but the 4 copied keys I bought worked perfectly in the door so I am happy with this service!! Will use it again if needed.

Very fast service. Locked myself out of bedroom and panicked but found this place online. The first place I called didn't even call me back! I called Quick Key and they were friendly and to the point, and after I hung up were at my door in 20 minutes. Took less than 3 minutes for Jay to fix and open the door. 5/5 I hope to never lock myself out again but these guys are the place to call if you do!

Extracted a broken key for me. Finished the job quickly and charged a very fair price.
