Great price fast service

Great option for duplicating keys. Easy to use & affordable.

The first time I've ever made four keys and they all worked!!!

Rocky was absolutely fantastic, installed two deadbolts for us, would highly recommend for any of your locksmith needs.

Fast and great service

Excellent service. Very professional. Chad was very nice and helpful. Just moved to the area and Chad gave me the best price. Highly recommended.

They have just about any key you might need. They can create keys from manufacturer codes. For example, is you lost your Suzuki motorcycle key, you can get the code from the manufacturer and they will make your key. They even made a tao tao moped key today. I'd you need a key for a padlock bring the lock with you. Awesome museum in here too. Lots of ww2 and old key making displays.

M&M Towing had very fast service and our driver was friendly.

Fast friendly reliable. Thanks James for the good service.

Hugo's used to be a good, reputable business, but after my last experience I must say they have greatly disappointed me. After coming in for a duplicate key and finding it didn't work I had to return four times and finally take out the lock from my golf cart and bring it in to make sure it finally worked. There was not as much as an apology. If I had a business with that kind of result I would not only have apologized but given back the money. I probably spent twice as much in gas driving back and forth as the twelve dollar key cost me. They have lost my business. In response to their response, amazing that you only apologize of the inconvenience, not at any of my visits, but only when this goes public. Also, you NEVER told me to bring the lock in, I only did that after so many failed attempts and trips back and forth, that I alone decided to bring it.

The best lock Smith's in all of Michigan.
