Horrible experience! Worst ever!
This business is out to take people for all they can- after an already bad experience (car accident) by charging astronomical fees!
Do not use!!!
Poor customer service- wouldn't answer questions, hung up when pressed.
Owner did not do what he said he would.
Charged $582.20 to pull our car out of the ditch with a winch and bring it to our home.
1 star but needs to a negative 10 star!
Horrible business, horrible experience!!
Will never use!!!

I was in town visiting family and needed to have my brakes replaced. I was only in town for two days and these guys squeezed me in and did the job in one day. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic who values his customers more than a fee extra dollars, this is the place to go.

IAL Total Security
500 W Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, New York, 11787, United States
We needed an overhaul of our automatic gate system. The previous owner of our home had worked with IAL, but I wanted to go with a company closer to home. Unfortunately, that company came out and replaced the working part of the gate instead of the part that needed repair...I then called Vinnie at IAL.
Vinnie personally answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. When his employees came out to do the work, the weather was horrible. They set up a canopy and worked through torrential rains. In spite of Mother Nature’s fury, they were so professional and courteous, and got the job done. We are so pleased with the job done by IAL Total Security, and heartily recommend them.
