Lost the key and fob to my vehicle. This was a chip key; when I called the dealership I was told I’d have to flat-bed it there and wait a couple days for the appointment. I called Auto Lock late on a Sunday afternoon and within the hour the technician unlocked the car and created a chip key on site. Very fast service and all in about $300. I’m extremely happy with this company and how my request was handled. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast service from a knowledgeable/experienced crew. I lost my keys on a roller coaster and I called many companies out here as I could and see what they can do for me . They wouldn’t help out but I called HOBBS LOCK AND KEY and they had no issue replacing the key , so they put a new key starter and it was a little pricey but it was worth it if you realize that your stuck at cedar point . I appreciate them so much
