Fumi showed up within an hour of us calling, took care of a busted deadbolt and even fixed a problem with the door starting to sag. He fixed both problems quickly and at a lower cost we got quoted at other places for the deadbolt alone. Fumi is personable, professional and all around a stand up guy! Crooked. The guy there charged me $10.50 to have three simple keys cut (multiples of what the other guy at the same store charges for the same kind of keys) and then he shorted me and purposely gave me the wrong change. I knew it was on purpose because the change he gave me was not the kind where you just grab the wrong bill. He gave me the complete wrong change that would make no logical sense if it were done by accident. I guess he just held back two toonies and hoped I wouldn't notice. I didn't notice until I left the store. When I came back and confronted him he didn't deny it but just grinned and said "okay, okay" and gave me the rest of the money. Never going back. It's only four bucks but a crook is a crook. At least the keys worked.
