THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! Good service, literally the best rate I could find after calling 11 places. They lowered the cost to come to my care and make a key to $140 to match 1 other place that told me $140 was a starting rate. The Car Key Shop gave me a flat rate instead. I had a really great expierience will defiantly call again if I need any keys made :)

I had a broken bathroom lock which was not working properly. I tried hiring two locksmith services earlier but it was all just a waste of money. Thank god I found kardo locksmith. They just replaced the lock within two hours of my call and now it is working all fine. Highly reliable.

Sylmar Lock & Key is a proper locksmith shop. The owner, Mr. Kim, is a responsible journeyman locksmith who is very capable at his job. The shop is located a short way down a pedestrian alley between Vons Market and Chase Bank. It is a cash-only business with a Chase ATM just a few steps from its door, if necessary. In addition to lock and key services they also sell merchandise such as locks, chains, and bolt cutters. There is a small customer area with a table and chairs for those who choose to wait on-site. I visited Sylmar Lock & Key in person to get a pair of locks rekeyed. He had the job done in twenty minutes at a very reasonable price. Before visiting his shop I tried the key duplicating counters at a few big box hardware stores and was rejected at all of them. Sometimes you need an authentic and skilled professional for a job and Mr. Kim has what it takes.

This man was so kind, accommodating and understanding with my daughter. I know that we will always go to Bruce's. My whole family will. Kind and considerate customer service goes a long, long way. His work and performance was exemplary. Unfortunately that kind of excellent customer service is hard to find now a days but you'll find it at Bruce's lock and key. Thank you so much for treating my daughter so well.
