Locksmith

1 key was stuck in the ignition, and the electrical was dead. The front doors are electric (08 CTS) therefore you would need a key to use the mechanism to open the door mechanically. I explained this to the tow driver, he said okay. I watched him nervously as he put my car on the bed, keys in hand. I asked him when he closed the door, "You have the keys right?" He showed them to me, chained my car up. I paid him with a card... When he dropped the car off he didn't leave the keys, the dealership was able to get in without them... Call back 4 days later when my car was fixed, "Dealership said they never got any other keys..." Dispatch talks to the driver. Driver said he never took any extra keys... This process took 2 days... I know I gave the driver my keys, because when I went back to work I would have had to put them in my locker to pass through the metal detector. They were not there. Getting these keys replaced, and the others deactivated with my car is not going to be cheap, quick, or easy. I will only call this place as a last resort if I can't find another tow service within 20 miles. I'm very unhappy.

Awesome and quick service. We brought in our scooter to get a key made for it and the guy was super nice about it. He gave us an awesome deal and didn't charge us unreasonable prices. If you need a locksmith come to this guy.

Walked in for a key to start my Ford Edge and was out within ten minutes. The gentleman who helped me was kind, quick, and very helpful. Paid $60 here when the Ford dealership told me it would be $100+ and an hour wait. Very pleased with the service.

I'm big on customer service. Gary was very professional and helpful. I had some questions and he handled them graciously. The experience was great and I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks Gary!

Clem is always great to work with. He is quick to respond and very responsive ! Very fair prices as well. Highly recommend
