Locksmith

I have worked for many years with Walker Locksmith in my role in banking. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and very service oriented. I have no hesitation in recommending them for business or residential lock services.

I typically get custom keys made here. These guys hand cut keys so I don't have to worry about the key not fitting in the machine. Now I've got a whole set of customs and each time, these people have been super helpful and nice

We were driving south with our friends from Dease Lake to Meziadin Provincial Park in Northern BC (part of a road trip from Surrey to Dawson City in the Yukon) and their trailer lost a wheel, all the lugs were severed off. No cell service, 120 kms from the nearest service. By coincidence, the Pronto flatbed truck drove past about 30 minutes after it happened and we flagged him down. He was on his way north to Whitehorse for a job so couldn't tow our friends to our destination in the opposite direction, but he as a courtesy got them off the road into a nearby rest stop which we were super grateful for (we were able to fix the trailer ourselves the next day). We met up with a number of other friends in a different caravan (a big group of us went to Whitehorse) at Meziadin and it turns out this same Pronto truck also helped someone in their group that same day who broke a spring on their trailer. He generously loaned them some heavy duty straps and tied up the springs so the trailer could be driven to Terrace for repairs. What incredible service and empathy they showed to us. Thank you!

They are a great business. Even if they are only open on weekdays they know what they are doing and get it done efficiently and right. They made a spare key for my 2005 ford 500 when I only had one and did it cheaper then around town and even my dealer forwarded them to me. I also got a old lock box key replaced and they did it at a very reasonable rate. Next week I'm going to go get my new tool box re Keyes as it is a second hand one and I'm sure it will be done swiftly.

Able staff are honest and took care of my college dau by insuring that she got the transponder key that worked in her car. Able stood by their word and i would do business with them again. Thx to Clint, Jarrod, Conner, Darla and Adam, et al.

Stay away from these guys!!! When I called to get re-key of my house after renter left, I was told that the locksmith would be there at noon exactly, due to my busy work schedule, promptness is important. At 1220, I called, person who answered was rude, told me “hang on a sec” without anything introductory or anything. He eventually came back and I started asking where the locksmith was. He started shouting at someone else mid sentence. Apparently after doing some checking requiring me to call back 3 times, my job was cancelled with no explanation. He said he wouldn’t be able to get me in for two more days. I asked if he was able to give me a discount on price due to the big debacle. He simply said no, not explaining and being very flippant.

Best ever response time great I really enjoyed Chris he’s the best planning on doing more business with him maybe even go have drinks😘
