The replica key fits into the lock but won't turn. Looking closer at the ridges and grooves, it's not a very precise cut at all and no amount of wiggling or adjusting seems to make a difference. I guess that was a waste of money!

Absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service, my wife needed it to make a copy for our car key. When she called they quoted $50 so we drove to their store and upon arrival they were not welcoming and did not Acknowledge her until she spoke first. The owner was upset at the fact that she brought a spare key to be cut and because obviously the service would be cheaper he had a attitude and proceeded to throw the pieces of the key down on the counter. I DO NOT recommend This place I love to support small businesses- but this is clearly the reason why they go out of business (if you have poor customer service don’t expect to stay afloat).

While visiting my friend in Santee I lost my car key, so I called this company because I saw they were close to us and I'm very pleased with their performance. Their key maker was very polite and fast. I'm glad I was back on the road so quick.
