Poor management. Run a by a young minded supervisor with no understanding of how things really work. Personal relations mean nothing if there isnt a constant flow a money coming from it. Money comes first, people last.

Hi, I investigated this company undercover and found a lot of information, this company is not who they make them selfs out to be. While I was there I came across that they have no care for there employees. And they committed fraud to there employees, and they don’t care about there clients at all not even a little bit on a moral base. Come to find out they hire ileggel imagrents and have them go threw a temp agency and pay them low wages, now the company is aware 100% and they suggest they go threw the process of the temp agency so they are not held responsible for hiring them, when they do production, they have the programmers rig the programs to get the jobs going and to make stuff inspect and they are not told to check up on the rigged program threwout the the job running and they don’t care, all they care about is getting the parts out and not so worried about the parts being in spec. The company has a big problem keeping Tools in spec. and for some clients that are not advanced they say they won’t be able to catch the small numbers that are out of spec, for a example the company had such a bad rejection that they almost shut the company down from a reject from hydraforce, the owners said oh they won’t catch something out of spec and they caught it and rejected a couple million in parts. The company was so far underwater that they did not pay health insurance for 2 months and kept the money and never made it aware to any employees, to this day employees that did not make a insurance claim have not gotten there money they paid for insurance, also they can’t even pay there employees they have direct deposit and and pepole would have to wait a week so the check could clear and the front office would lie and say they don’t have checks when they did. And they the production manager A.K.A Brian, he likes to go to the bar and get drunk around 11am and come back around 1 or 2pm and will come and work on the shop floor drunk. Several pepole he would talk too would smell the alcohol on his breath. Now I hope this gives you a example that this company is not as good as they seem and they are careless and reckless. They are not up to date on osha regularlstions, they would become friends with IOS and they how they kept there certification for so many years, well last year they hired someone in and had the guy get them certified three iOS and later fired the guy and no longer needed him. Unless your a favorite in the company you won’t advance and you won’t move forward this company will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get what they want out of you.
