Great place to learn machining techniques. However, their management seems to have no order when it comes to how they deal with issues they have with employees. They will address a specific problem if they have one. But the way they deal with them is unlike any company I’ve worked for. There’s no written warnings. They will just “lay you off” and fill your spot. Not the type of company to work for if you’re just starting off.
