We left a small shaft from a snowblower with Lorenzo based on his assurance that he did small jobs and that he would call us with an estimate before proceeding. After 2 months we had heard nothing. We called and at first he could not find our part. Lorenzo finally found it and, without giving us an estimate, fixed it charging us $95 for the job. We called objecting to the price & to the fact that we were not provided an estimate. Loenzo was not apologetic for failing to give us an estimate. In fact, he responded aggressively to our complaint. If we were told $95 we would have taken it elsewhere. Not worth 1 star!

Good supplier for machine shop tools. If you can spend the money on good stuff, it pays back in production yield and efficiency.
