Marketing

I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share this for the benefit of anyone considering using this company. Without question in 25 years of being in business, this was the worst vendor relationship we have have ever experienced. The owner was consistently argumentative, condescending and rude. He regularly used foul language in written communication and on the phone, which was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. We signed a one year agreement with Natural Click. We carefully monitor every lead that we get from all of our advertising sources. We did receive a couple of leads from the organic SEO that they did throughout the year, but zero ROI. The articles that Natural Click wrote were so bad (which even the owner acknowledged) that we had to rewrite most of them ourselves. Natural Click 'guaranteed' that 50% of the keywords would be listed on page 1 of Google. Some keywords did rank on page 1. However, almost all of these rankings were for keywords that they insisted that they wanted to use, and NOT for the industry specific keywords (principal keywords) that we provided to them, and emphasized that we absolutely needed ranking because of our niche market. Because many of the principal keywords that we provided to Natural Click had not been ranked more than six months into the agreement, the owner agreed to extend the agreement by two months. There were periods when weeks went by with no articles being posted on the site (as many as 8 weeks between postings). Whenever we raised concerns or questions with the owner he got very hostile towards us. We spent over $20,000 with Natural Click for SEO. Fortunately, this is a very bad experience that we can now put behind us. As I said, I have never written a review before for anything. But, hopefully this review will help others avoid the same mistake that we made, and encourage them to find a reputable company in the industry to look after this important aspect of their business. If we could post a 0 for Natural Click, we would.

The team is friendly, wish their website disclosed that they are a third marketing company.

Direct Access Digital is a top notch, award winning search engine marketing agency. And thats coming from an indirect competitor.

Company with great ideas and amazing creativity. Good luck Mimi !

Erin, John, Dylan and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. They were very knowledgeable and organized! From start to finish, we were impressed by the level of experience and confidence that this team has. I would highly recommend working with Infinity Comm - they provided us with great results.

Great customer service. Effort that went above and beyond was really appreciated.

Just wanted to post a recommendation regarding a company we have been dealing with at CPD Construction Products. The company is called “TSquared” and the head of this operation is Ms. Terry Nason who has brought our company into the 21st century when it comes to all things related to the internet. Whether that be, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and in particular our website, she and her staff have given us their undivided attention. We are being rewarded every day with new business and new leads via the internet. We now appreciate the power of the internet and how to reach out to people and markets not reached before. We highly recommend TSquared as they are true professionals in every way. A true joy to work with. Bruce Crilly President and General Manager CPD Construction Products

Search Boost Marketing was excellent to work with. Joe Lane was knowledgeable, accessible and professional. We worked together in partnership and I was very pleased with the outcome. If you have a chance to work with Joe, you'll be glad you did.
