This has been a wonderful place for my entire family to work out together.
The classes are helping me become more active and develop a healthier lifestyle. I have enjoyed participating in the the daytime homeschool classes with my kids and other families as well as evening classes with just adults. I have been encouraged by the instructors and others in the classes, all working to help each other succeed in reaching their goals, both in karate and outside.

A.C.W.A is an outstanding reality based self defense academy that I have been training at for over a year now. Through it I have gained awareness of myself , others, and the environment around me.
