Sigung John came out to our rented cabin where we were taking some time for team building. John gave us excellent instruction, encouragement and skills for the real world. Everyone loved having John out and we all came away feeling a lot more confident in our ability to defend ourselves.

This is more than just a gym. As a noobie walking in here was terrifying but coach Claude was there every step of the way. This isnt just joining a gym, but becoming a member of the family. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone especially if they are interested in BJJ!
