Martial Arts

This Tae Kwon Do school is the best. I took my son to 3 other schools to try out and none really made an impression on him. I was about to give up on Tae Kwon Do until I gave this school a try and I am glad I did. My son enjoyed it and has been going there for over a year now. I even signed up my daughter. The Master and his staff are wonderful and very patient teachers. They really build the kids self-confidence and discipline. This is one of the best schools.

Le plus beau dojo que j'ai rencontré... des professeurs qualifiés et passionnés.

Best place to get strong in the area, Friendly environment

I love taekwondo becasue it's challenging your physical and mental parts of the body and it's also a good why to stay active

Best Taekwondo school.

What a fantastic place! Clean, helpful staff and lots of things to do.

Exceptional Gym, great location, amazing staff. Hands down, Fred (who runs the kids class) is the best adult I've ever seen work with kids. This includes daycare workers, coaches, librarians, etc. Simply amazing. As well this gym also is associated with OAMA as one of the most reputable in the area, and for good reason. OAMA is a Renzo Gracie school so that she be 'nuff said. But legitimately these guys are one of the most dominant schools in the area at MMA competitions and Fred is, no surprise, one of there star fighters. Look no further, if you live in Rockland, this is your gym.

Ralph est merveilleux il connait son affaire et m'a même adapté un programme personalisé a cause de mes problèmes de genou
