Movers

Philip and his team recently helped us move into our new home and they were fabulous from beginning to end. When he came to give us a quote Philip was honest about the costs and time associated with the move, and gave us lots of tips to make moving day go smoothly. The day of the move they got everything done with a smile despite the extremely hot temperatures and heavy rains! Everything was moved perfectly, with no damages at all. The move came in under budget, and they were a lot of fun to work with. I'd highly recommend the It's the Right Move team! Thanks for everything!

Was very pleased with the professionalism of the whole UPACK crew that I dealt with. My Relocube arrived several days before the estimated time of arrival and my wish to change the service from Terminal to Door was readily accepted simplifying my move. The only concern I had was that the Relocube requires two locks but UPACK only provides one. Luckily I had a spare padlock on me and had to use that. Larger containers only require one lock but with the Relocube one can open the unlocked door. Overall, I am very satisfied.

George Moving was very friendly, professional and receptive to the fact that I was in a time crunch for moving out. Debbie, the estimator, made the moving procedure as painless as possible; all costs were covered up front with me and the moving costs were much more reasonable than I thought they would be. The moving day went off without a hitch; everything quickly loaded and unloaded. I was concerned about some of my larger furniture pieces being able to be moved into an apt via an elevator but they somehow made everything fit. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a cost effective and professional move and I would certainly use them again.

These guys are the greatest, safe, reliable, a pleasure to do business with!

Movers from Smart Movers Oakville were very professional and efficient. They moved my huge office in Oakville just for 1 day. They used 2 trucks and 4 movers . Moving process was organized perfectly and very effictiv. Thanks

The staff is amazing and the service impecable.

I got a response within a few short hours. The company that did call me gave me a very reasonable rate and I was able to pick the moving date according to my needs. Very friendly service, and I highly recommend it.

Rebuilds pianos and brings them back to their original glory. Tunes them too.

Normally very good service except for 1 driver who is rude to say the least . Today he wanted past an employee of mine so he pushed his way past the employee

The owner Edward lied to me about the price and a few days before my move told me that it was going to be thousands of dollars more. He did not have any information written down about my move and because of the change of price out of the blue I was forced to not use them. Completely unprofessional and put me in a situation where I don’t have movers set up 3 days before my close date on my house. I will be making complaints to the better business bureau and to the attorney generals office. This man should not be in business and you should not ever use Edward, Brocks moving, or hoopers moving is the other name they’re going by.

I have no knowledge of a storage business, but have had Butch and his guys move me 2x, and I just booked for a 3rd and final move. I've had nothing but pleasant, professional, service. On my last move, there was an accounting error, and he came back to give me a partial refund. They moved as fast as anyone should reasonably expect, and the price is in line with any such service.

Richard's moved my 87 year old mother from Kirkland Lake to Ottawa. The movers were courteous and efficient and the price was fair. The move went smoothly, mom's possessions were well taken care of and arrived without damage. I would highly recommend them, especially after reading so many horror stories of other moving companies!

Such an awesome experience !
