Bus was scheduled to 8:30 from Banff to Calgary. It’s 10AM and it hasn’t arrived yet to pick us up. My friend had to take a 200$ cab not to lose her flight back to the US.
DO NOT USE GREYHOUND! You better use a shuttle service, it will be more expensive, but they will get you on time and will give you good customer service.
